We accept most major insurance plans including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Coventry, Health Alliance, Humana, Magellan, Medicare, Tricare/MHN, Multiplan/PHCS, Optum/UBH, and Value Options, plus many EAP (Employee Assistance Program) plans.
